Developed by a veterinarian, Soft Paws® nail caps are made in the USA using non-toxic vinyl. The nail caps are applied to your cat's claws using a non-toxic, cold-bonding, veterinary-grade adhesive, and are a completely safe and humane solution to cat scratching problems. Soft Paws do not interfere with the normal extension and retraction of claws, and most cats don't even know they are wearing them.

Each Soft Paws® kit contains 40 nail caps, 2 tubes of adhesive, applicator tips, and easy-to-follow instructions. One kit contains enough for 4 front paw applications and each application lasts approximately 4 to 6 weeks, which makes each kit lasts approximately 4 to 6 months.

Great Nail Caps!

We just put Christmas red on a kitten we are babysitting and they were easy to apply and are staying put! The groomer who applied the caps said this is the best brand.

They are puuurrrfect. They stay on my cats nails twice as long as the other caps. I can sometimes get 2 months out of them.

I have three cats of varying sizes and attitudes. So far the caps have been staying on (you really do have to wait 5 minutes for the adhesive to cure). But wow, what a difference they make! No more accidental cuts or pulled threads in my wardrobe! I will be repurchasing :)

These nail caps have saved my furniture as well as looking so stylish on my cat. We started using them on her as a kitten so although she’s not thrilled with the process, she puts up with it. They stay on and work!

My first experience with Soft Paws was good. Then, I was misled by Amazon and got Soft Claws. What a disaster! Soft Claws do not remain on the cat and are worthless. I went to the Soft Paws site to get the "real" ones. My husband is on blood thinners so not being scratched is essential. We pay for a vet to trim our cat's claws and apply. For us, it is worth it.

I admit I was skeptical at first, wasn’t sure they would stay on, but they do! I am so pleased with how well they work. I only wish I had done this a long time ago!

Great if cat cooperates

My adopted stray is extremely resistant to anyone touching his paws or teeth, even the vet. By distracting him with a treat I was able to apply 3 soft paws, then he fought it. I waited a week and tried again, but only got one on this time. I'll keep trying, as it seems like a good product, but a very resistant cat will make it difficult to apply these.

They are a great pain saver for our cats: No painful permanent nail removal surgery and a great saver of our skin and furniture. Our black cat is a real fashion statement with his while claw covers--his companion is white so they share the same package. His nickname is "white claw".
